We can offer a design and install service of all gas appliances to comply with existing energy efficiency regulations and all current gas regulations on both commercial and domestic properties. It is very important to be up to date as energy saving is not only environmentally friendly, it can also save you money.
These regular inspections (Gas Safety Inspections) are a legal requirement and must be carried out annually. G.S.I.s on all rented residential properties must be carried out at least once a year to comply with current gas regulations and landlord's obligations.
We can offer a full tightness testing and purging service of all large gas pipe work installations including calculating pipe volumes and test times etc.
